As they get set for Wednesday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup opening against Panama in Toronto, Black Stars winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku believes the team is healthy, focused, and prepared to make Ghana proud.Ghana Politics Coverage The Leicester City forward told the Ghana Football Association website following Sunday’s training session at Bryant University that the team is focused on getting off to a solid start in the tournament and that the atmosphere in camp is encouraging.<\/p>\n

\nIssahaku responded, “So far, so good,” when asked about his training thus far. Everyone is prepared, and there is a lot of energy at camp. We’re simply getting ready, and training is going great.”\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

He stated that the sessions had been enjoyable for him personally. “I can see the improvements, so it’s good. We are preparing and getting in shape.<\/p>\n
